Press Release Summary: A new book on Public Relations in Asia has received positive reviews from across the industry.
Press Release Body: London, 30 January 2008. "Public Relations for Asia", written by Trevor Morris and Simon Goldsworthy, and published by Palgrave Macmillan, has been earning rave reviews from leading PR industry voices for its comprehensive look at the present and future development of the Asian PR industry.
Asia Pacific PR specialist Chang Yiru, editor at CCTV, said \'Morris and Goldsworthy offer a unique combination of top-level industry and academic experience. Public Relations for Asia is a must for anyone interested in public relations.\'
In the world of Public Relations, Asia presents a uniquely challenging environment, as the economies of China and India continue to grow rapidly while more established markets such as Singapore and Hong Kong become increasingly sophisticated. For Asian PR practitioners and University students looking to move into the profession, these developments mean increasing demand and complexity.
"Public Relations for Asia" provides theoretical and practical advice for practitioners and students. \'Asia is the most exciting PR market in the world. This book not only critically analyses the nature and structure of PR now and in the future, but also offers a wealth of straight talking practical advice from how to write a PR plan to what to do when a difficult journalist rings you up\' said Danny Rogers, Editor of PR Week in the United Kingdom.
For any international PR Agency, Asia already offers commercial opportunities but the spotlight placed on the industry by "Public Relations for Asia", is set to heighten commercial interest. Mike Waterson, Chairman of the World Advertising Research Centre backed this view stating that, \'Asia looks set to experience the sort of astonishing growth in public relations that the West has recently experienced. Morris and Goldsworthy look set to accelerate that growth.\'
